This weekend Grandma Hansen was playing with Sahara and managed to make her howl with laughter by holding her in the air and nibbling on the area beneath her ear and chin. We'd heard Sahara giggle a few times, but this was a full-throated, sustained laugh. We were pleasantly shocked and delighted.
I tried to duplicate the feat, and managed to get a half-laugh, half-scream out of her. I think it was the whiskers. Since that time, neither Amy nor I have been able to make Sahara laugh. I guess Grandma has the magic touch.
