Sahara's been so good since becoming potty trained and not had an accident in bed. She wears thick, night time panties, but hasn't needed them. What a big girl she is.
Sahara really likes church because of nursery. Despite losing some of her older friends to Primary, she still has fun and is one of the ring leaders. This is nice, as Sahara tends to be a little introverted in unfamiliar social situations. Once she warms up, she becomes more vocal and has a great time. We're hoping that co-op preschool next year will further encourage her to make new friends and thrive in social settings.
Sahara is getting pretty good at saying her prayers at night. She also loves to have daddy tell her a story or read a book. Stories have been popular lately. Shane makes up Sahara and Gavin adventure stories that usually involve horses, friendly dragons or other animals. After her prayers daddy or mommy (whoever is putting her to bed that night) will tell her that they love her. She'll smile and whisper, "I love you too."
