...more Lake Serene pictures
This first picture has not been altered. It looks other-worldly with white ice and snow covering Lake Serene, and clouds moving across the top of a ridge above the lake. The second and fourth pictures show just how serene and mirror-like this lake really is. The third picture shows the lower 500-700 feet of the Mt. Index headwall visible through the clouds. The rest of the mountain remained hidden in cloud.
