"Put Me In, Coach!"

At 7 weeks, Sahara has grown enough to begin using her Bumbo seat, courtesy of her Aunt Taunacy. She loves to sit up, and can now do so without any parental assistance. This is perhaps the best day in all of Sahara's life: "I'm a big girl now!" Pretty soon she'll be exclaiming "Put me in, coach!"

Yesterday she stayed up from around 7 AM to 8 PM, with the exception of short, unfulfilling naps. Needless to say, she was so overtired that not even a car ride would lull the little bear to sleep. So by 8 PM, she dropped off, and slept 3 long hours without so much as a grunt. She woke up, efficiently ate her large portion of milk, and dropped back off to slumber land. Sleep, beautiful sleep!
